Hard to set up and use

Bought for Plex

Doesn't do transcoding

It does support Plex however no where on the packaging did it indicate that it supported no form of transcoding. While I could technically go through and reformat all of my library to something all of my devices could use, I didn't want to sacrifice the quality on other devices. I ended up returning it.
