The Seagate Cloud is perfect for our home. We set it up to be a home cloud shared device. It was easy to set up and connect multiple devices to it. It has so far worked as we had intended to be able to store pictures, files and digital movies. We couldn't be happier with this product.

Extremely easy to setup on my network, without a hitch windows found it and the software is easy to use and setup for periodical updates to the NAS, keeps my document files updated at all times. Very useful features for Cloud usage to access files at any time when I'm out and about.

So....set up was a bit difficult but Seagates customer service was SUPERIOR. I have Uverse so getting non-AT&T products to bridge is a bit of a challenge. Bought this when AT&T wanted $200 to bridge a Time Capsule to my existing router. Definitely a great recommendation from the Geek Squad

Simple setup, no requirement to use is own applications. Simple network connection and mapped drive.

This is a nice external disk drive. Great performance and price.

Beware. This nas drive is horrible. I have nothing good to say. You get what you pay for. The software is horrible and most of it doesn't work. This is the last time I buy anything with the seagate name on it. The last 3 drives I have owned have failed right at the 3 year mark.

And it definitely paid off. It's basically like having more CPU space without really doing anything to your computer. It's reliable, it's automatic and it even has it's own password protection which helps secure your files on local networks. Very good product!!

Easy now for my entire family to look at our video and picture collection from all of our devices( iPhones, iPad, Mac, PC )...directly from our personal cloud ... Using our home wifi network !!! No need to spend extra money, my kids love it. We love it

My main goal with this was sync a video folder from it to dropbox. It worked but at a very freak way I got tons of email warning me not working. No logs or even error details. When I verified dropbox the files already there. Still got tons of short message errors. Even that it works! It gives to much work! Anyway It works!

I love Seagate products. I Have 4 internal Seagate Hard drives in all my desktops and now have a external cloud drive. Like using this remotely so I can access my music and video files any place I have internet access. Highly recommend this unit.

My old backup died and this was a replacement Easy installation working great

So I guess it is my fault for not doing a deeper review of the product prior to purchase. I was looking more for a whole home cloud that could be accessed from anywhere outside of the home. But I failed to realize that this product was only good for in the home. So for what it's worth it works as advertised.

I have had a bit of trouble with operating the restore function on this device.

This small keyboard is nice quality and the size is small but has regular sized keys so typing is easy. Its smaller and lighter size makes it more portable along with my tablet. It is wireless and easy to set up on three devices.
