I've always wanted to get a cloud device, but was skeptical. I love it.

Only basic hookup instructions come with box so you'll have to go online to find any technical answers. I'm sure it isn't Seagates fault but if you have large files and a slow upload speed, it gets very frustrating to wait a week to upload just ONE big file. Check your upload speeds before you purchase.

I can back up my files when i get home and connect to my wifi, which is great, have your own personal cloud. Set up is easy you can get the app for any phone or use it as a traditional external harddrive with the usb connection.

Device has worked well. Readily connected to PC's, pads, and Roku.

This drive is replacing a non reliable WD my cloud. This drive is reliable and has a S drive software which is great, you can mapping your hard dirve in your office and use as network drive. I so happy with this purchase

this is working great with me and my wife's phone and my macbook.

Is ok for computers dont have to much memory is working good

I lost the USB wire for my external back-up drive - my intent was a replacement connection. The sales rep introduced me the benefits of establishing a cloud for my home. Simple set-up, and it works across Mac & PCs.

I liked the two drive setup but I found it hard to load files

I am happy to say that the Seagate cloud storage device is exactly what I was in the market for. I am able to easily connect to the drive from my job and download the necessary files for any project that comes up.

its a good product to store all your items wirelessly.. you can access your documents from everywhere with the program what you download to your computer and to your phone..no need for cables to connect..save all your date in your mobile to the storage

This is my second Seagate. The first worked for approximately 6 years. I do find the new one easier to use. It was mostly plug and play. Install it and fill in the questions and you're good to go.

This unit is great for setting up a home network to share documents pictures movies etc. It is networked to my Smart Tv, so I can watch any movies or tv shows we have loaded on it, with no lag.

It is fairly stable maybe it is my connectivity but sometimes the drive goes to sleep and I have to reboot then it reconnects one time it wouldn't so I had to reinstall. I don't know why this happened? If somebody knows can you share how to avoid this.
