Good while it lasted

It was great for Halloween. Fast forward to this year : it no longer works. These expensive animatronics should last more than 1 season, especially when they’re only used for short periods of time.

Great until it wasn’t!

However after a day of use the jaw started to click and make a horrid gridning noise that drowned out the speaker system and ruined the entire experience. Not sure if its a common problem or a dud!

Easy to return, not a great product

The issue was that it had 2 right arms and the electronics didn’t work. So I returned it to the store, then tried to purchase another one online. It has gone on sale so I was going to save $50…nice! I got the 2nd one and it was much more difficult to put together…the pieces just weren’t quite fitting together right. And…. The electronics once again didn’t work. So I returned that one as well. Very disappointed. But, the return process was easy so that was a positive.
