This skeleton is ok. The parts don’t fit super well together and you can tell the quality isn’t great. I got it on sale and it was still probably not worth the money.

Bought them on clearance end of last season. Both are busted. Cheap build.

I really like that this guy has some movement to him but the voice and the phrases on this guy are pretty lame.

Easy to setup but wind kept knocking it over had to strap down to keep it from falling over

It does not move its jaw and for the price... The real price should be 150$

Product looks nice, but has never worked properly since purchase. The jaw has never worked, the speaker is defective with sound cutting in/out and volume is barely audible regardless of adjustment of volume. Connection points of arms/legs are flimsy and screws will become stripped out if you try to tighten to tight. Customer service for the company that makes the product is poor- they never answer their customer service line, they do not return phone calls, they take forever to reply to emails, and when they do, they must have reading comprehension issues as they fail to address/fix specific issues/concerns. If you want to roll the dice and waste $300+ on this product good luck to you. I am sure that some of their products must work, but I would not recommend it.

SO IT WAS SUPER EASY TO PUT TOGETHER AND EVERYTHING WORKED.... OF COURSE TILL THE LAST FREAKING MINUTE. WE WENT TO PLUG IT IN AND IT NO LONGER TALKS... I WAS SO FREAKING UPSET.

Thr mouth doesnt move and eyes dont light up! Who can I contact for replacement head?? Really looking forward to it working properly

Would rate it a 5 star, however it arrived with two left hands. It was a deal of the day so i could not reorder.

I bought this on September 25th. Saw that the price had been lowered by $130 dollars. I knew that I was within the 45 day Elite+ time frame to ask for the lower price. Now that doesn't matter because on the 10th of October was the last day to be eligible to do this. I am starting to get worried that Best Buy is abandoning customer service.

I was disappointed with this skeleton. The jaw stopped moving after being exposed to some light rain, but it was already too late to return. The design is also flawed. You need to be very careful when putting it together or you will break the components. For that price point, you would expect a much better product.

After setting it up the mouth stopped working and the sound stops and starts by itself.

Very cheap build.. arms and head easily fall off. Jaw never even moved since day one. Contacted best buy and basically offered like $10 to keep it.. lol.. paid all that money and only offering $10..returning it instead..

Waited until halloween to assemble for a little extra umph to our porch. Only to have him not work, the screws from his head to his base were exposed and wiring defective.

Arm connectors were already broken when opened. Multiple pieces also weren’t fitting correctly had to use excessive force just to connect

All i am getting is grinding gears. This item has been kept under a covered porch with sand bags keeping the base stable.

Item was an open box listed as excellent. Delivered with box in poor condition and item broken. Very disappointed.

I was so bummed, the first one I received did not work. The sound was broke. Ordered a replacement and same issue.
