Broken in 2 weeks, quality is not good, we regret buying this, best buy doesnt want to accept returns

Already doesn’t work on around the 15th day and the site says past the return period

Awesome. I'm a 5-foot-tall petite, yet very determined woman -- I was able to assemble this myself in maybe 30 minutes. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow; each part was clearly labeled. This skeleton is a big hit. He says four phrases. I bought colored spotlights (sold separately elsewhere) to lay at his feet to illuminate him at night. Highly recommend!

Seems to be of nice quality! Assembly was super easy and it will be easy to take down after Halloween. We weren't able to get one of the 12ft Skeletons from HD, but it worked out just fine because this one talks and at 8ft, this thing is still big and awesome looking!

The Towering Skeleton has been a great addition to our Halloween decor. He is everything described and more. He delighted guests as they entered our home. Craftmanship is excellent. Easy to build and good quality.

I LOVE decorating for Halloween. At first I wasn't going to buy this, but it went on sale, so I figured, "why not?" Well, I am so glad I did!!!! He looks great next to my 12' skeletons and I love his voice. We named him Junior and he is hilarious!!! LOVE HIM Putting him together isn't too bad. Pay close attention to the wires that thread through the spine to make sure you secure them properly or they will disconnect when you slide the ribs on. Other than that, it was a lot like assembling the 12' ones! He was a breeze to take apart for storage!

I would have given it 5 stars it it weren’t for the price. I love how it has so many different phrases and even with the volume all the way down, you can still hear it’s chattering teeth.

It's a skeleton, what can you say? It came on time and works great! Eyes light up, jaw yaps, and the creepy voice is good and loud.

Easy to put together. But he can blow away in the wind so make sure he is held down!

Top Notch! Had a big Halloween Party, was definitely one of the top attractions!

Purchased last year- Worked great and was a great hit. Stored inside in a guest room this year and its now non functioning. I paid last years price of $350+ Should have done the Home depot one for that price and for it to only last one year.

Looks great but got a click in his jaw after a few days (like a grinding gear). Also wish there were an option to have him look around but not talk, as it is he's either off or talking non stop / on motion.

In general pretty cool for talking, mouth moving and eyes lighting up. Putting it together was easy but the pieces don't fit "as well" as other competitor skellys. There are gaps in his knees and spine. First time using the eyes stopped working but it still talks and moves mouth. I love him and the kiddos enjoy, too. All in all pretty impressed that Best Buy got in the skeleton game! Also, it's worth every bit I paid but I got it on sale and wouldn't suggest full price.

I like it a lot. The only issue is the spine connection does not fit very well. It talks nice. The bone color is very cool.

Hit of our Halloween Walkthrough. Kids love to walk up on him as he greets them with a quick greeting.

Took a bit to figure out assembly. Great decoration once I figured it out.

He was a hit. But I the bones, especially the joints at knee and feet break easily. Its not stronger plastic like thr 12 foot one at Home Depot that I also own. Also the cables in thr spine where stuck in the vertabres. Manufactor should have tapped them out so I wasnt digging for them.
