I bought this item for my son cause he loves new consoles but old consoles as well. We love the nes, snes console but the controller cords are short and not wireless.....had to but extension cord adapters to be able to play comfortable. The sega console feels great to play especially a 16 bit gaming console in HD plus has preloaded games, and my son plays my original games as well. Best thing about this unit, you can buy the one with corded controllers $15 cheaper. Well worth spending the extra $15 for two wireless controllers with this console.

A really nice system for the nostalgic gamer. As a teen I remember playing most of these games at a buddy's house. It's been great to replay these games. Easy to hook up, takes very little space.

Disappointing to say the least. Menu navigation is bad. Out of the 85 games on here, a handful of them actually aren’t Sega games but rather some crapware nonsense. I wanted this for 2 main reasons, Sonic and Mortal Kombat. As a kid, I used to play Mortal Kombat all the time on Sega. Back then, there was a blood code (this was back when the game was largely seen as in violent and as a result, they had to tone it down). The blood code allowed you to turn it all back on. Still remember the code A,B,A,C,A,B,A. The code doesn’t work on here and no option to turn blood and fatalities on. The wireless controllers feel incredibly cheap. Not worth the $80 at all. Pass on this. If you catch it on sale for around $35 to $40 then I’d say it’s worth it but not for $80.

This reboot is absolutely amazing! Packed with 85+ games and wireless controllers with the option to use old cartridges and the wired controllers from back in the day. I was extremely excited when I received this and there is even an HDMI cable in the box so you don't have to purchase it separately! Highly recommend getting this

First the SNES now the Genesis I feel like we in the 90s again haha love the wireless controllers and you can play ur old games

Love the HDMI and wireless controllers. Great package with loads of games. This system gives you the chance to play the first generation of video games. Graphics might be a bit dated compared to todays games, but its nice to be able to play the games I grew up playing.

NES and SNES Mini were great retro flash back to the 16 bit era. The sega genesis from atgame could of been something great, but falls short. Pro: 1. Looks and feel of console it self is amazing, kinda cheap. but still a step above the other plug and play they made before. 2. HDMI & some decent games.+ you can use original carts if you have some. Cons: 1. wireless Controller are horrible, will lag and become unresponsive, rec using only 5-6 feets away from console. 2. Missing some key games: Street of Rage series. enuff said. 3. menu system & bonus games are junk.

I miss out on the NES and SNES gaming system but seen that they had sega for preorder so I jump on it why I had the chance order some retro games to play on it

The Genesis flashback system has a lot of games I remember as a kid. Wasn’t expecting the system to be so fun. Able to share my past with my family.

I bought this system on a spur of the moment. I’m glad I did it has all of my the old saga favorites

This is a great product can use old cartridges in the system.

Love playing the classic games on this console, it has a cartridge slot for older games that I have kept when the console first came out.

This is pretty much an updated version of the original. It’s just as fun and I enjoy the Sonic games just as much as I did in the past.

Got this game so my son could see some of the old games I use to play. Unfortunately he thinks it's lame, but I love it. Reminds me of being a kid again.

We are so happy with this gaming system. Our 12 year old loves it and it brought back great memories for us. Love that it comes with so many games loaded,but you can use Sega game cartridges too. It's a great buy and very reasonably priced.

For the price, it really isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be.. if you don't own a Genesis already it's worth picking up.. the controller can be iffy at times but i haven't regretted buying this
