Customers are saying
Customers have good things to say about the gameplay, story, action sequences, and controls of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. However, some players find the game's difficulty challenging, citing a steep learning curve and demanding boss fights as potential drawbacks. A few also mentioned frame rate inconsistencies. Overall, the positive feedback on the core gameplay mechanics outweighs the concerns regarding difficulty.

Very very very difficult
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is very hard. There’s no difficulty setting. It’s so difficult that you forget what’s happening in the story as you try to beat one mini boss for 3 hours!

Hard to play
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the game but it’s hard to play- so you’ll be repeating the same level over and over until u figure it out... something I have not done yet.

Amazing Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The moment I played this game, I was hooked! It is one of the best From Software games that I have ever played although it is significantly harder. The graphics are great, the gameplay is great, and the overall story is awesome. I recommended this game for any Dark Souls or Bloodborne fan!

Likely too hard for most gamers...
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're an accomplished veteran of Dark Souls or Bloodborne, this is right up your alley. I found it way too difficult and gave up.

Another Masterpiece by dark souls team
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sekiro is another masterpiece by the dark souls and bloodbourne team. This time its set in the samurai age. As usual....the game is very difficult but adds a new style of combat. Its a perfect 10 but only for the hardcore gamer. If u r a casual gamer...this game will not be for u.

It's okay
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You play as a bushido so that fighting style gets kind of annoying. It has fixed positions so not inch freestyle fighting available.

A big step away from what makes souls games great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like this game, but I don't. I played for a couple weeks, dredging through hours of game play hoping that I'd come to love it, but it just never happened for me. I know it's not a souls game, but I really disliked being stuck into a single play style without real room for adaptation and creative play: I found it to be very repetitive and frankly more than a little boring. I also have a kiddo, so the over the top bloodshed was a bit much for me. At least in souls or Bloodborne you are fighting monsters and things that don't really look like normal humans so when there is blood it's far less impacting. It's just a side note, certainly didn't keep me from playing, but it bugged me a bit. The arm prosthetic were all quite underwhelming. I really expected the abilities they gave you to be more useful, but they really do little good aside from tactical necessity, which just makes them another button to push instead of a fun extra weapon or tool. In the end I sold my copy and deleted the game. Really wanted to like it, but it's just not exciting to me at all.

Techu-borne
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sekiro's gameplay reminds me a lot of Tenchu and Bloodborne. It has the stealth mechanics of a Tenchu game and the parry mechanics of Bloodborne. The game is very difficult to master. I wish is was more like Tenchu and less like Bloodborne.

Great graphics. Story good. Gameplay nearly imposs
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I guess I couldn’t hang. This game is ridiculously difficult. A new boss every 10 minutes that you will try to beat for hours on end. The upgrades and health available are way out of scale for the unbeatable difficulty level. Good luck. I sold mine on eBay. Patience is Key!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is really good but if you lack patience and timing then this game will frustrate you to no end. You cannot hack and slash your way through this game. Each boss is unique. Game play is nice. Timing, blocking and counter-attacking will get you through this game. If that is not for you then Ms. Pac-Man is available for download somewhere.
