I used to play this game as a kid. It's just as fun

I love playing platformers, and this one is fantastic! The levels are a good level of toughness - not too easy and not too challenging. Lots of replay value for the casual gamer, too, with items to collect and little side quests throughout the game.

i recently bought a nintento video game donkey kong for my nephew & he loves it.

This is an excellent platformer for the 3DS due to the fact that you can play with the D-pad instead of having to use the Wiimote which was a major negative for the Wii version. The only drawback is that the 3DS has less FPS due to the less powerful 3DS, but it is still worth a purchase.

Nintendo does what they do best here. Run, jump, and beat up baddies. The controls are tight, and the difficulty is perfect. The soundtrack is classic Donkey Kong, which is a good thing. Overall, this game is worth every penny of the new $20 price thanks to Nintendo Selects.
