Amazing platformer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Say what you want about the Wii-U and it's lack of games, but there's no denying the quality of the first party titles the system has to offer. While this game is punishing at times, if you develop a rhythm of sorts, the levels are unparalleled. Additionally, I find the controls much more accessible than those of the previous DKCR iteration from the Wii. I hope you enjoy this masterpiece as much as I have.

Amazing game!

The controls are smooth, and makes game play easy. The story line is fun, and the puzzles are challenging. The graphics are incredible. You can see fine details in the scenery, as well as hair and textures. The characters are well thought out, and the bosses are challenging. A fun and up beat game that everyone will enjoy!

Not bad, but not as good as I had hoped

Controls were good, graphics were good, levels were good, and even the story was good. It was just good though. I found myself playing for 20 minutes at a time at most. Usually doing only 1 level every time I turned on the console. It was good, but it didn't draw me in as I had hoped.

Best platformer on the Wii U IMO

Controls are tight and if you die, it doesn't feel cheap...feels more like it was your fault for not doing better which is always important in a platformer. Price cannot be beat with GCU.
