They won't turn on and off through the app. Sengled has somehow misplaced my account, and support is nonexistent. I will say this: I have some of their zigbee bulbs, on the outside of my house. They work very well. Fortunately they do not require a Sengled account to function.

Works Great So Far

I use Alexa and a SmartThings Hub. I tried these bulbs and they worked well.......meaning that they were easy to set up.

difficult to activate bulbs

Wasted my whole day, then second one just will not work. It is disappointing. The android app is just junk. it needs major work and simpler steps how to set up because it is just annoying. Great price, but it speaks for quality of light and technology. Disappointed.
