Over all great product

So I bought 2 packs online and one in store. The bulbs themselves are great I absolutely love them. The only issue I have is that I had so many that didnt work. Out of 2 boxes that were delivered 3 bulbs either didnt work at all or would come on but wouldnt respond to alexa commands. Over all I love them. They just need better packaging or something so they dont get damaged during delivery.
