Worked fine for a few weeks but began constantly disconnecting and now wont connect at all. didnt even last 6 months, began failing after 1. Buying the philips instead, spend the extra 5 dollars

I have to keep resetting the lightbulb!! It works for a little while then my echo keeps saying, “cannot find new devices!! At that point, it does not work again!! Mine was a bundle with my echo dot 4 th generation. So, the bulb was free.

I have had many problems with this light. It doesn’t stay connected with Alexa. When I try and get it back on Alexa it takes multiple tries. When it works I really like the light but it’s not worth the hassle. I’ll just stick to hue bulbs

What a headache! . . . Trouble staying connected, Difficult to get loaded from the very beginning, Too costly and wouldn't get another if it was given away for free .

DO not buy. Stopped working with our Alexa echo dot in less than 2 weeks. Returned these to the Sengled company and 2 months later, no response, Sent 5 bulbs back; no one has spoken to us.

Free with purchase and still not even worth it. Connects once and then ceases to exist according to either the Amazon Echo or in a different sync instance the [terrible] iPhone app.

I bought this just because of the fact no hub is required. I have used Philips lights before with the hub and I moved out of my home and did not have any Smart lights. After trying to set up my lights, only one of them worked. It auto-detected the single light out of the 4. But when I try to discover the other three on the Alexa app, it does not find them and it tells me I need to connect a hub. It means an Amazon Echo specifically or any of the other smart home brands hub. My Alexa comes from my Sonos One but it is not compatible with 3 of these lights but is for one of them only.

These are junk. Lose connection with Alexa frequently. First one i got didnt work. Second one is now justca regular bulb since i got tired of messing with it.

Alexa constantly stays it’s offline. Light works but commands never respond. Might as well buy a regular light for 1 dollar

I received two of these bulbs with a recent purchase of some Amazon Echo devices. My entire home is currently connected with Philips Hue devices, but I figured I'd try these out since they were free. What a MAJOR disappointment. After using the bulbs for about two weeks, both suddenly became "unresponsive". I followed the instructions to reset the bulbs and after about an hour got each of them working again until...they became "unresponsive" AGAIN. I refuse to waste any more time trying to figure these things out and am replacing them with Hue bulbs ASAP. Be aware...you get what you pay for and that was nothing in my case!

Got 2 for free with a purchase. I tried to set them up and non of them work. Not even costumer service was able to help me make them work. They are just laying around there without being used.

Never worked. DOA. Free gift with purchase of another item, but I was still looking forward to trying it out. Guess you get what you pay for.

It has been giving me a very long headache it decides to disconnect on it's own for no reason and there I go trying to pair it up again

These bulbs don’t work! They don’t stay connected to Alexa. They don’t link back up and they are basically junk! What a waste of money!

This item was a free add-on to another purchase. Not sure exactly why you need a colorful lightbulb. App required to use it is terrible.

Not my favorite. Uses Bluetooth only and frequently has connection problems to Alexa. Disappointed with Bestbuy for not having extended return periods so we can really try out material like this.

It’s just like a regular it can connect to Alexa and tell her to turn it off or on

Unless you have an echo dot device or and Alexa device dont brother getting this product

This disconnects from my WiFi frequently. I also have wyze bulbs in the same room that don’t have that issue. Other than that, it’s a good bulb with nice temperature options.

Worked a few days then would not connect. Because this was a free bonus item, I don't feel ripped off. I would not recommend this item.
