Could not get them to link up with Alexa. after many tries and trips to the web I discovered they do not work with 5G networks

They did not want to respond to my commands when I asked Alexa to turn on or off the lights. They were always unresponsive

Best Buy gave me this for free not sure what the point is with an Alexa bulb Alexa is terrible

Terrible product. Good thing I got this item for free as it doesn’t even pair directly to Amazon Alexa. Straight to the trash!!!

Keeps disconnecting. Unresponsive most of the time. Had to reset to reconnect to alexa.

I've purchased half a dozen smart bulbs in the last year or so and we have half a dozen Echo Dots in our house, so this was not my first rodeo with a smart bulb. got two of these free when I upgraded the Dots in my kids' rooms. I love these bulbs! They're cheap, they look great, setup was easy, and by golly they work. This is a simple, no frills, reliable, cost-effective solution to home light automation for people using the Alexa ecosystem. Other bulbs in my rely on additional apps and complex activation procedures. These guys activate through Alexa and then just work. They don't do fancy colors, but then they don't cost as much as an Echo Dot either. When Alexa tells them to turn on, they turn on...period. Other smart bulbs I've owned occasionally decide to ignore Alexa. Alexa will think they're on, but they're just not (for a light bulb, turning on is a no-fail mission!). These guys just work...all the time. I'm buying four more right now and I'll probably eventually replace all the smart bulbs in my house with these. I'll probably even keep a few extra in storage. They're a wonderful solution.

It would not pair with any application, you need Alexa in order to work returned it

This little bulb supposedly runs with Alexa. The app, however, does not work in my experience. I understand why I got it free.

Didn’t even bother try it. Never wanted it but it heals my order up because the bulb was out of stock

I never was given this smart bulb. At the store they said they were out of promo bulbs. BB owes me a smart bulb.

Would rate bulb as fair, probably need a stronger wattage - seems quite dim on all settings.

Too hard to set up. I’m returning them. Must use only on Alexa i was told it works with ring. It does not.
