These connect via Bluetooth to your nearest echo device. My old WiFi bulbs never worked properly with either Alexa or google but the Sengled bulbs worked flawlessly with no issues.

Especially for someone who isn’t always at home and would like to have the appearance of someone being in the house at any given time of the day. It’s easy to set up a routine or connect to a virtual assistant to turn the lights on and off with just your voice

A great alternative to more expensive options

He loves them for their convenience and ease of use. I love them for their cost ;). No need for a hub either so that another point on the convenience board. I'm sure they're not as perfect as the more well known brands but they're a great, economical alternative.

This bulb is very functional!

It has proved useful and I would definitely recommend! Will purchase more in the future, as this one was a free add-on for the purchase of my Echo.

Now my spouse can ask “Alexa” and not me to turn off the lights! Great relief for old bones. Plus I can tell Alexa that I only want blue, green or red lights for ambiance on movie night!
