I received this bulb for free with the purchase of an Echo Dot, and am using it in a small table lamp. I did have some trouble during the first couple of days, where the Echo would sometimes report that the bulb was not responding (in some cases, it would say this even though the bulb did obey the command, or in other cases Id have to repeat the command). This was not a Bluetooth signal strength / distance issue, as this lamp is sitting right next to the Echo. However, the problem seems to have hopefully resolved itself, as it has not occurred in the past few days. My favorite feature of the bulb is that it is dimmable.

Its a good light bulb but I prefer the multi-colored bulb instead like they gave with the 4th generation echo

Great product, especially during the pandemic. You dont realize how often you touch the light switch until you are around someone sick and have to disinfect it every time. Alexa made it a little better!

I will admit, even though I got this bulb free with an Echo Dot, I really like this. My only experience with smart devices other than Echos themselves is an Amazon Smart Plug which works great to turn my window fan off and on, which I got from Amazon for $1. Anyway, I just put this bulb in, turned on my lamp, then told Alexa to "Discover Devices" and the bulb dimmed twice like it must have connected. About a minute later, it was added to my list of devices by Alexa. I really like that I can now dim and turn off/on the bulb from my Echo Dots and any device I have the App on. Not sure if I'd want to do an entire house in these as it could get a tad pricey and confusing to control many but great bulb overall.

fun way to add color to any room. must have if you own alexa, can just tell her to turn off your lights.

These are sooooo amazing....I put them in different places in the house and when I go to bed at night or get up any time its dark I simply tell Alexa to turn on the light....I love love love these!!!

It works perfectly, it pairs with Alexa very well and it has functioned as my main light source with no issues

My kid would leave his lamp on upstairs so I got this for him so once he fell asleep I could just roll over grab my phone and turn it off or make it dim PERFECT product saves power and walking upstairs

allows me to turn off the bedroom light without getting out of bed. Gamechanger. Quality rating - only for less than 1 month, ultimate quality rating remains to be seen.

I have it attat hed to a basic bedside lamp and operate it with my alexa dot. Easy to turn on and off with just my voice or app

Got this free w Echo Dot purchase. Wasn’t sure I would use it, but decided to put it in my bedside lamp. It connected right up to the dot, and it’s so easy to use. This bulb can on,y be used w echo.

The bulb did what it was supposed to do and operated as prescribed

Paired immediately with the 4th Gen Echo Dot. The key is to have the latest version of the Dot firmware up to date. Works beautifully, nice soft white and the dimming works better than I had hoped.

It works well enough with alexa but I had trouble getting it connected with the sengled app. One bulb connected but the other did not. The app has some cool features that you can’t control through the alexa app so I reached out to the company. It took them over a week to reply and the response didn’t offer any kind of help or answer my questions at all. I was very disappointed with the customer service from their company (not best buy, Best buy has been great). It connected with Alexa app but despite many resets it still won’t connect to the manufacturer app. If it didn’t come free with my device I would have returned it. I have also had some trouble with the bulb flickering and it reset unexpectedly. I have tried other brands that work just fine. Perhaps I just had bad luck with the bulb but overall It’s not my favorite. On a positive note it does change color easily and worked with the alexa. The one bulb that connected with the sengled app has the ability to pulse and change colors on it’s own which is fun.

I love this bulb. I have it in my bedroom and practically choose a different color every night.
