Easy remote lighting

Not easy to setup

Okay Bulb, Bluetooth Limits Range & Compatibility

This makes it comparable in color and brightness to a 60 watt incandescent bulb. Sengled bulbs tend to be okay, but this unit is a bit quirky. It isn't Wi-Fi, nor is it Zigbee (which the bulk of Sengled products are.) Instead, this is a Bluetooth bulb, which requires a bluetooth enabled devices to connect with, specifically an Amazon Echo device, or your smartphone/tablet running Alexa. It does not list support of Google Assistant nor Apple HomeKit in the packaging, but lists them on their website (with no details.) For the record, only Amazon Alexa is listed as being supported on the packaging. This is an okay bulb, but I wouldn't suggest purchasing it. I would stick with Wi-Fi enabled bulbs rather than Bluetooth for wider compatibility and range. Luckily, this was free with an Amazon Echo Dot purchase.

Easy to use, very convenient to use

Got it as part of another purchase and so happy I did. It was very easy to set up with Alexa and love the convenience of telling Alexa to turn the lights on/off, brightness up/down. Will be purchasing more and replacing other bulbs as they go out.

It Works (so many don't)

They have preset colors you can choose from in the Alexa app. Changing colors or brightness and programming it to come on at certain times is straightforward and simple.
