    Not sure this is the best solution overall due to the fact that you will be throwing away everything, the smart electronics included, when the bulb goes out but when you are not able to put a smart wall switch in for one reason or another, this is a good solution.

    I have several different brands of smart bulbs, and this one is by far, the worst. It's difficult to pair and it disconnects randomly. There's a reason that they're cheaper than other wifi bulbs.
