My father has passed away and my mom lives alone with just a dog. This Light bulb came with the Amazon Alexa I got for my mom for Christmas. She as well as I love it. She can turn on her light as she is coming home from her night shift as a nurse. I am glad that my mom does not have to come into a dark house. My mom is happy that she doesn't have to come into a dark home as well!!!

Almost all our lights are Sengled and works really well for us, together with Alexa that can easily tell to turn on and off helps a lot. I like the fact that I can monitor lights every time I’m out of the house.

the light is great, when it works. the color is great, when it works. The only problem: it keeps going off line after a few days. After having to reset up about 5-6 times, I am done with them.

The Sengled bulb works well with the Alexa ecosystem by just plugging it into the socket and searching for new light. No skill or APP is needed to be downloaded to your phone, which is a definite plus in my opinion. The light turns off almost immediately as compared to its much more expensive cousin that dims to the off position.

I got this bulb for free with an Echo dot. Set up process is easy, but I first used one amazon account to control it, after I changed my echo dot to another account and tried to change this bulb, it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they told me a way to fix it, it worked. Ever since then it works smoothly.

This is a fantatstic buis. The app is very easy to use to control the colors and brightness. Integration with Alexa works very well. I wish they made a version that was a little brighter - 75W or 100W equivalent. You have to buy 2 or 3 to put in a light fixture to enjoy the full effect. However, the 60W is not bright enough for a lamp that takes a single bulb.

I definitely love these lights! It feels great knowing you can talk to Alexa and tell Alexa to turn off the lights. It is even better when you can turn on the lights pulling into the driveway or walking in your home as well. You can program the lights to where they automatically come on when it gets dark. I definitely recommend that you invest into these lights.

I'm giving this 4 stars because of the constant "device is unresponsive" notice in the Alexa app. For some reason, pairing can be dicey with Alexa. You would think that this lightbulb would pair with the closest echo device, but in reality it pairs with a echo Dot 2 floors up! Why? Who knows... Thus, the unresponsive device situation. Is it the fault of the bulb or echo? Your guess is as good as mine. I reached out to Amazon tech support about the need to tell Alexa what device you want the bulb to pair with, but they said that's not possible and to unplug all your other echos before pairing... not happening. In my case, I have 2 bulbs in the master bathroom and 2 echo dots + an echo flex in the master bedroom. Neither one of the bulbs paired with any of those devices, instead they paired with the furthest away dots 2 floors up! Wacky!!! No wonder I'm getting device unresponsive...
