This Light bulb came with the Amazon Alexa I got for my mom for Christmas. She as well as I love it. She can turn on her light as she is coming home from her night shift as a nurse. I am glad that my mom does not have to come into a dark house. My mom is happy that she doesn't have to come into a dark home as well!!!

The only problem: it keeps going off line after a few days. After having to reset up about 5-6 times, I am done with them.

No skill or APP is needed to be downloaded to your phone, which is a definite plus in my opinion. The light turns off almost immediately as compared to its much more expensive cousin that dims to the off position.

Set up process is easy, but I first used one amazon account to control it, after I changed my echo dot to another account and tried to change this bulb, it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they told me a way to fix it, it worked. Ever since then it works smoothly.
