I bought the 4-pack with hub and some 2-packs. They are great! Strange thing though... the single bulbs from the 4-pack are much heavier than the ones from the 2-pack, although it’s supposed to be the same product. They are even a tiny bit different in shape if you look closely. Both boxes say “made in China.” I used my kitchen scale and found they came out to 122 grams vs 74 grams... big difference! After pairing them, I didn’t notice much of a difference in the vibrancy of the color they put off. I hope the weight difference plays no part in how long they last! They’re in the same fixture so they’ll be used the same... perhaps in 20ish years (their average life expectancy) I’ll have my answer :P Compared to a cheaper smart color LED bulb brand I bought elsewhere, these definitely have more vibrant colors that fill the room with true color without washing it out. iPhone camera auto-filters make it pointless to try and show the brand difference in pictures, but in person, it’s clear.

Bought the kit with multi-color bulbs and hub the hub. Easy to setup with our existing Wifi and then connect all the bulbs. Easy to use app and love that you also have 5 "white" light selections as well as the multi-colors. Plus the price of these smart bulbs is a lot less than many of the other brands and they work just as well!

I needed some smart lights for my home and didn’t want to spend a crazy amount of money to do it! This kit is the perfect beginners set for people looking to make things easier at home. With Alexa commands or with your smart phone/tablet, these make lighting your house super easy and the colors are fun!

Glad I bought these light they work very Well they show very clear and the changes of colors are very beautiful I do recommend you getting this product and it’s easy to set up and also easy to control

Love the color changing, lots of shades to choose from. Ease of use has been great linking them to my Alexa and both mine and my wife's phones so we can easily adjust brightness or color from anywhere in the house. Set up was a little frustrating, but once they are set up very easy to use.

The lights themselves are great, deeper blues and reds than green. Pretty simple setup, the hub takes a little longer to setup, I had to restart it twice before it worked. My issue with them is the app interface. It seems bland and not very intuitive to use. It takes around 6-7 seconds to load, and then individual light controls are about 2 “screens” deep so it’s just a minor hassle but something I’ve noticed. I bought 5 total lights, so this pack and a single color led separately. I found that the single bulb is slower to change compared to the 4 that were in the pack. Also sometimes it’s just not the same color usually a shade or two too light. Or it just won’t cycle in the same timing as the other 4. Otherwise it does the job

These are the perfect starter set for someone that is looking to have lighting options in their home in regard to color and brightness. Also incredibly affordable compared to other Multicolor lights. I have two sets of these and am incredibly happy with the results.

Lights are easy to set up on the sengled app and Google home app. The sengled lights compared to phillips lights are on par or better to the light output that comes from them. I would buy the sengled lights again from the quality of the lights and the pricing vs phillips lights.

This is my second pack of these Sengled colored lightbulbs. I bought these over the Phillips hues because of price. the Phillip hues are nice than these but these saved me money. I have had no problems with my 7 sengled bulbs. I will probably buy more once they’re on sale

Being new to smart lighting but having done research on various bulbs and hubs, I was very excited to try this starter kit, especially since it was on sale around Christmas. After using them for the last month, I have mixed feelings. Pros: - price was great ($60 on sale) compared to comparable brands - bulbs feel sturdy and well-made, seeming to have good quality - brightness and colors are acceptable Cons: - setup was challenging and quite frustrating at times, so be sure to read directions several times prior to attempting. - app is very slow to load whenever you want to change the color, brightness, etc. there is also considerable lag when using the sliders in app to make adjustments. i have tried reinstalling and downloaded updated firmware but app performance is still disappointing. also, there are preloaded "scenes" in the app but they are laughable and unable to be modified, and you cannot create your own scene, only make new routines. - routines have been unreliable (ie. setting bulbs to turn on at a certain time or dim gradually at night) - using google home voice commands to control the bulbs is not reliable either, even with making sure google home and sengled hub are synced and both have updated firmware. i cannot speak to use with alexa, however. Overall, I would say this starter kit and sengled bulbs are a good deal for the price but fair at best with performance. I would have returned them and purchased Hue bulbs instead but wanted to give these adequate time to see if I would learn to like them, unfortunately they are beyond the returnable date now. Either way I will use them and likely go to Philips Hue when I start to add to my smart home.

Works as they should. Easy setup. Cheaper than most other bulbs. Hub not necessarily if you already own a Smartthings hub. Syncs to ST hub quickly and easily. Easy to use in automations. Loses a star for not being very bright.

I found the Sengled smart starter kit easy to set up just took a while for wifi to find base unit. Only drawback is lamps bulbs are connected to are in an always on status even when bulbs not activated. As a bonus when purchase of Arlo2 security pack was nice to add smart bulbs in home.

this is the best starter set you can buy. bulbs work just as well as Hue, but less than half the cost when i bought them. If you aren't married to apple homekit, this works perfectly with Alexa or google.

Love the color options and that the bulbs are assigned to the hub already. Downside is these bulbs can’t be connected to the same hub for my regular sengled bulbs so I have to use two hubs.

I like the fact that I can put the lights on a routine timer. Not to mention being able to change the color and how bright to set the bulbs. It’s nice to turn down the lights in the evening..it’s like having a dimmer switch at your finger tips.

I was skeptical at the beginning but after buying two more boxes these were great especially for the price I ended up returning my Phillips hue lights just to get a couple more boxes of these because they work just as good

great integration with google. nice and vibrant. has presets and shows. although limited and a bit of a struggle to set up it's low price is a great rival to the philips hue.

bought these to go with my samsung smartthings system. They work great and are nice and bright. the color accuracy is fair and software is super easy to use. I would totally use these for mood lights.

Cheaper than other smart bulbs with the same quality. Hub and bulbs are easy to set up out of the box. I was able to light my living room and bedroom in minutes.

Was looking for a set of smart bulbs compatible with Alexa. Recommend by a friend. Hesitant at the beginning due to it needs a hub. However, installation was fast, easy and got it working in less than 5 min.
