Very disappointed

Setup was easy, and it worked good for a day, then stopped responding to Amazon Alexa. I went through the reset process several times before it would reconnect. Again it worked great, until I inadvertently turned off the lamp it was in. Again, unresponsive. I live in an older neighborhood, with frequent power disruptions. This bulb disconnects when power is lost. I contacted Sengled via "contact us" on their website, and 4 days later they still haven't responded. I now understand why Best Buy gives them away, I'm going to throw mine away! (BTW, I work in the computer field, and have done allot of work with networks, etc)

At first I was a little clueless in means of understanding how in the world I would pair this device or how the bluetooth worked on it, but it is so simple! It honestly works way better than my original light bulbs in which I purchase monthly.
