  • USE 2.4 GHz WiFi network, NOT 5 GHz!!

    I’m finding a star because instructions don’t say you must connect to 2.4 GHz WiFi network. I lost a couple hours of my life figuring that out since my MIL didn't have a separate SSID for the different frequencies and this kept connecting to 5 GHz and this, refusing to connect. Once I fixed the SSIDs it works great.

    This is the only Smart wi-fi LED light bulb I have and use it because I got it for free. I'm not sure how much they cost but the light that comes from the bulb is bright and not too annoying like some LED lights can be . . . I am not sure how to use the smart technology yet but will figure it out at some point.

    Because of the holidays it was hard to setup a account on the Sengled site. Received errors during the setup of an account on their website, I called their support line, waited 10 minutes, but got great service to get the account setup. Once that was competed the other setup was a breeze, Integrated with Alexa and now full voice command over the bulb.
