These headphones at the $69.95 price are an absolute bargain. They sync easily with my IPhone and the noise canceling feature is excellent. I just took them on a flight to the east coast and they effectively silenced the noise on both the flight and in the terminal. I am very pleased with the quality of the headphones.

This headset really did meet my expectations. The bass and clarity are sooo good. Since i use it for gaming, i'd have to plug in the wired line so i cant speak for the battery life when it comes to bluetooth connectivity. But overall for the price, this was a good deal!

Best headset I've in used 60 years of listening. A true Best Buy.

The product itself functions fine. A little tight, good for smaller heads, good sound. My problem with this product is the awful and cheap construction quality. 3 weeks in and the ear cup holders foam has started to come out and the cups have ripped.

Good product. Good fit over the ears and good noise cancellation. I use it at work and I hardly hear any noise even when people are talking nearby. I reduced 1 point because it had an issue with the mic which was resolved after doing an update.

These give me a headache they are so uncomfortable. The buttons aren’t labeled so it’s difficult to figure out which button does what. The sound quality is mediocre at best— mostly sounds muddy and mids are lacking severely. On the plus side, the battery life is superb.

The product was a week and a half late in arriving over the promised date. When it did arrive, the package was beat up and torn. I checked the contents and they seem OK. When checking at the local store, in case it got delivered there, the attitude was when we turn it over to TRAC we have no more responsibility. That is a poor attitude. I bought it from you and I expect you to take responsibilty until I have it in good shape. The package was delivered to the next door neighbors who brought it to me. I have heard other complaints about TRAC delivery in my neighborhood. You need to review your deliovery service. I am reluctant to order anything more from Best Buy because of the delivery.

Low grade sound quality with no bass. Ive bought better headphones from the airport for $30

Defective out of the box. This garbage does not work even when plugged directly into the device. Bluetooth fails to show. The sound when plugged in directly is distorted. Best Buy refuses to refund or exchange as it's outside of timeframe. I won't be buying this brand ever again, and I will not return to Best Buy either.

5 star headphones. Sound quality is excellent, have yet to find anything I dislike about them.

Its advertised as noise canceling but the noise canceling doesnt work at all

**Stay AWAY ** I had the idea to buy this set because I work from home and I thought being SENNHEISER it could be a great deal! Not at all! I get way better sound quality from my Plantronics computer headset. Economics are not good. Once again, my computer headset has better design. I'm returning this junk! Sennheiser suppose to be top of the line, what a disappointment...
