I purchased these headphone based on the great reviews. However, when I tried them out I was less than impressed. IMO the sound quality isn't that great, especially for the cost. I returned them and bought the Bowers & Wilkins P7 headphones which I love.

Great sound and amazing build quality. Had to return it as the headband kept slipping of my head even if i’m not moving and sitting upright. The clamping also presses a bit to much on my jawline after sometime.

This is only the latest of Sennheiser products that I have owned. Sound quality for music is, at best, only fair. Better than most, but lesser in quality than similarly-priced products.

I couldn't get past the feel. Very tight, ears touch inner walls, rigid build and seen sturdy but pressure points on top of head and ears made them unusable. Returned

I've had the Momentum wireless headphones for a week now and I really enjoy using them. The battery life is long and the comfort factor for me is great, light and stable on my head. The sound it produces is extremely agreeable for me as well. I had to save up some money for several months to be able to afford them, but I believe I made a good decision in my purchase. I like the noise cancelling feature and the fact that it has 4.0 Bluetooth connectivity, NFC too for my android phone. I wish I had a media device to try out the AptX coding feature, but maybe in the future. I absolutely enjoy everything about these headphones.

They were great, while they worked. Comfortable, great sound. HOWEVER.... Given their HiGH price, I expected them to last longer than 9 months!!!. They were handled carefully, too. My husband only used them at night when watching TV and kept them in their case, at all other times. We did not purchase Geek Protection, based on sales rep recommendation.... so now only COA is to contact Sennheiser. Sigh.

Not only did these give me a headache when I wore them, but there was something pertruding on both speakers that were a clear malfunction or something, that should have been caught with a $500 price tag.

    Top Choice Wireless Over-Ear Headphones

I chose to dispense with the tech of the product review. This experience is all about the experience of music. Unlike many of the reviews I've read over the past 2 months, I have no need to impress anyone concerning my knowledge or lack thereof concerning audiophile equipment. What you really want to know is why I chose these cans over Bose, Sony, Beats, Skull Candy, JBL....etc. I can tell you I've tried each of these and higher priced cans from bang and olufsen and others. I chose senns mo 2 for 3 reasons; 1. They are wireless 2.NFC pairing 3. Dude, they sound great! That being said....they are not the best sounding over the ear set I've heard. Um.... Yeah. Just bear with me a second. For $400.00 bucks most people are thinking the product should be perfection... Get real kids. In the world of upscale (premium) audio these guys are entry level. Prosumers will rant and rave about their beats or whatever the flavor of the day is 'and they are right. The choice of phones you get is entirely subjective. These senns are clean sounding, feature rich, and sound super either wireless or corded. And that's reason number 4....oops guess I really have 4 reasons. I have 400 buck to spend on headphones and they are well md3pls a 2 year warranty standard. They pair with my iPad pro, Samsung note 4 edge, and every other Bluetooth device I own. If you don't have 400 plus dollars to spend, get what you love and can afford. Above all be content. Ok details: excellent bass response, sub-base, mids and treble. Unless you are a musician or mix in the studio you probably can Barely tell thedifference between these and a pair of beats which are bass heavy and kind of a mess above that frequency range. They feel great and look great. Fantastic build quality and plenty loud. Louder when corded. And don't forget to twist the cable when it is attached or you will only sound out of 1 side. If you want something better maybe you shouldn't be at Best Buy. Go to the store and listen. You'll love them

First of all...yeah these are great...the other reviewers have gone through this far more accurately than I ever will. But I'm here to warn folks about the downsides--mostly because I think the 400$ price point is absolutely bonkers for what you get. (I got them at 200$) The main grievance I have with these headphones is the fact that you CANNOT ever turn off the noise cancelling...at least when they're on+bluetooth mode. It boggles my mind that my old 20$ pair has a button RIGHT ON IT to turn off NC, but these don't. This leads to a lot of problems in terms of taking them off and leaving them around . Other headphones will last for days just chillin, the Momentums just...don't. They have to either be turned off and you have to reconnect them, or you have to charge them often. Maybe it's not a big issue though; my old bluetooths had issues connecting, and the Momentums? They connect seamlessly to multiple devices at a time and instantaneously. It's beautiful. Anyway, the NC issue might mean these are a bad choice for people looking to wear them out and about or to be aware of their surroundings. The one "solution" to this is just to plug them in--because yes, you can!! Wired mode makes the audio-quality more godly...and also much louder, almost weirdly so. Like, 50%=100% bluetooth mode which I will never fully understand but ok, Sennheiser, whatever. It's a plus because at least you can charge and listen to them like this--even if you look silly with two wires coming out of your head and like the Terminator should come for you. Aside from those issues and sometimes pinching my ears after wearing them too long (they're comfy otherwise), these really are some dang great bluetooth headphones. I only fully understood it after I tried going back to my old pair, which sounded way more stifled, tinny in comparison and unbearably so. The new pair recreates sound beautifully. The bass only really gets beefed up when they're plugged in, but otherwise the M2s seem strong everywhere. Nothing feels muddy, everything feels crisp without being garishly so, and never feels closed in...if anything the sound itself feels like a fresh new world. Also it was remarked that I sounded extremely crisp when using these as a headset--FAR better than before, and the person had no idea I was using something new!! I was getting buyer's remorse at first though as long as these headphones actually last, I believe they're worth the 200$. No more though as they're getting up in the years. The 3 stars is considering all its flaws including this...if it was 200$ by default it'd be 4 or 5. Maybe I'd change my mind if I had access to other high-end bluetooth headphones, though for now I'm pretty at peace with these. Just annoying having to baby them or they need constant charging. Not everyone will feel the same though.

Hi, I have Sennheiser PXC250 (original, not the second version) and was waiting at least for a year for good wireless noise canceling headphones to come out. Thanks to a Momentum 2.0 review on YouTube, I patiently waited for this headset to come out. After a long wait, these are finally available. There is a lot of concern about bluetooth connection stability. Well I had zero issues over an hour of listening. I actually took them to the gym (not a good idea, as my neck is a little strained!) and tested them out. Zero connection drops! I pair them with my cell and Surface Pro 3, had zero problems and can move around while making Skype calls thru them (this headset has a mic). The bass is wonderful, noise canceling is great, sound quality is very clear! The mid ranges are very clear but I felt these were a little "flatter" as compared to PXC 250. However, I use VLC and the equalizer helped me to get the sound modulated to the way I wanted. I then did listen to Guns N Roses and could hear the guitar strum very clearly. Furthermore, when I was very little my mom once got LP of "Eric Jupp - Making it Happen" (Australian music composer, see him at WikiPedia... anyone listened to him???) and did play wav files created from the LP, was so much clear and it was all nostalgia for me. This headset can remember 8 paired devices, it is playing music from Surface Pro 3 and sometimes relaying alert tones from my Galaxy Note Edge (one device at a time though!). I am very happy with this purchase, will definitely go in for the on-ear wireless lighter version for gym use. Very much recommended! Bonus feature: You cannot hear your wife with the headset on! ;-)
