I am willing to spend 300 dollars if it means good sound on a good device. I wanted to love this. My issue was battery life coupled with lack of volume. I can live with a shorter battery life if the sound is great and just as important volume. I have a Samsung S10e and at max volume I am still wishing I had at least 20% more volume. For this reason it was a deal breaker and returned it.

The sound is great for these ear buds. The only draw back is the amount of time for the charge. Five hours is the longest I have been able to go without a charge.

They’re comfortable and light So you could wear these for hours without feeling sore. The battery life is short so if you plan on wearing them for longer than 4-6 hours then it’ll be a problem.

Sound was excellent for headphones standards however the headphones itself does scratch my ears a bit all it needed was some small plastic setting to go around the buds & it would have been my ideal set of ear buds.

The sound is amazing for earbuds without active noise cancellation. Battery life is ok, and design is also pretty neat imho.

These earbuds my goodness. So dope. The sound quality is simply amazing and best I've heard from any earbuds I've tested.

The sound from these earbuds are really surprising for there size. Sound is really filling and the bass is awesome.

Overall it’s loud, fits great if you got the money to spend if not get something a little cheaper won’t reallt make a difference.

I’ve tried them all and have settled on these. The sound and fit is perfect. Love the transparency mode. Firmware updates will only make these headphones better!

These things sound awesome. Battery seems to not last long but this is also my first pair of wireless headphones.

I have several pairs of ear buds. I do design work all day, so music is a must. I buy a lot of high priced "ear Phones, Buds". I always fall back these ear buds. The rich full sound is amazing, put some Comfy's on them and you are talking studio quality. Absolutely love them. Quick charge, case charges the head set, you get low on juice (once in a year) pop them back in the case for 15 minutes and you're good to go. Phone all that stuff too.

The original price was too much. These were $200. A little bulky in the ear and the controls are not intuitive, but the sound is why I bought them and they do not disappoint.

Best sound of all wireless earbuds. no complaint about connectivity wok perfect on android and iPhone.

Great sound but very pood battery life. I was only able to have 3hr on a full charger and the case gave me 2 more charges.

These ear buds sound beautiful, but need charging almost every other time wearing them. I don’t know if it’s the software or charging case.

Great sound...the best I've heard on a tws so far...just cant deal with the connection problems and abysmal battery life

I was able to overlook the less than stellar battery life cause these are great sounding ear buds! They used to fit soo good but when my left earbud all of a sudden died I had to send them back to Sennheiser. I received a new pair but now I can't find a good fit.. They're constantly falling out... Don't know what to do now.. It's only been 2 months and I'll probably have to look for another brand.

I like the fit & the sound quality. Unfortunately, the left earbud only works when it wants to, no matter how well charged they are. I can’t do anything except take them out & charge them, and search for my old headphones to fill the gap. The app has been working poorly as well, often failing to register the earbuds’ connection when they *are* working. Disappointing, Sennheiser. I expected better.
