This problem is unacceptable. I don’t have the drop out problem with my previous Sennheiser headphones. I returned these within a few days.

Uncomfortable

The ear cups are so uncomfortable that they hurt my head. Maybe they will soften up, in time, but right now, the headset is almost unwearable.

I wanted an additional pair so my wife and I could both use them at the same time. Highly recommend these. They sound great.

Great audio quality hurt by not enough padding

After a while you can feel it pressuring down your head. Sound cuts off consistently. So much that i stopped using it. Googled and they recommended rebooting my WiFi which didn't help. Also said place away from your WiFi but they are in the same room i cant put any farther. very disappointed.

Returned it the next day

I have two different pairs, including the lauded HD6XXs. These just didn't cut the mustard. The sound was constantly cutting in and out, which is absolutely unacceptable. It's possible that I got a bad set, but I returned these the very next day.

Poor item and poor Best Buy return policy

Even more we had Geek Squad come over to try to get it to work. The rep. was also unable to get it to work. We tried to return it to Best Buy but was told it was beyond the 30 day return period. This is the first time I have been unhappy with Best Buy!!
