So this is my Second pair and I love them! My husband works at 4:30 in the morning these headphones allow me to watch TV and not disturb him not to mention the sound that comes out of the system almost like being in a movie theater I also stay on a busy street block out all the noise so I can enjoy what I’m watching I give this a 10 out of 10

I use these for gaming and I like that they are wireless.

I couldn't be happier with ease of installation. Much clearer than other tv headphones i have used. Great to have controls on headset. Best tv headphones I have owned.

Good sound quality and battery life so far after about one month use. However, reception distance is not neat what is advertised. Intermittent and complete disconnect happens at 50-60 feet!

I can say that this headset for my TV is wonderful. I had an older headset, but it would not work with my new smart TV so I did some research and I chose Sennheiser headsets for my TV. And for me, it was an excellent choice.

This Sennheiser RS175 was purchased because it was top rated for TV, RF connection, and had comfortable fitting earpads. The sound is outstanding. Latency is not an issue. Extremely easy to setup. The fake surround sound is really nice. Best Buy had a very competitive price. These are great for the TV and I have used them for PC output as well.

Where to start? Sound quality was way better than expected. Full range and captures subtle sounds (no I don’t know the technical terms). Used with tv for late night watching and wife sleeping. Already had sound bar on optical slot but an inexpensive optical splitter from Amazon took care of issue easily. Ear pieces more comfortable than most.

The best sounding headphones I have ever owned. They fit and feel great and cancel out all other noise. Love the side remote sound and volume control.

The trend now of not including user manuals made it difficult for ME to figure out why the sound was so 'tubby' - so I arranged to return them. Fortunately, the day before the Geeks were to deliver some new equipment and take back the headphones, NO MORE HOUSE CALLS. In the meantime, I worked with the Sennheisers, figured out how they worked, and they're fabulous.

The Sennheiser headphones were a birthday gift for my husband. He really likes them and how good they are at helping him hear tv. They are very good at noise canceling.

Good audio and build quality, but high clamping pressure and slightly smaller ear cup size, makes for some discomfort after an hour or so of use.

THESE ARE THE ONES. At first we bought the insignia (great quality but interfered with 5ghz wifi) and the Sony (static issues -- probably a bad cord connection to the tv). We upgraded and these have amazing quality. Really solid, amazing surround sound, great range. (Also Best Buy occasionally has these on sale, so keep an eye out!)

Works great comfortable to wear .helps keeping noise down at night

I had an older set of Sony wireless headphones that were beginning to be very uncomfortable to wear and were actually giving me headaches due to the "squeezing" and heaviness. The Sennheiser headphones fit around the ears much better ergonomically and lighter in weight. Sound quality is also far superior with the bass boost and surround sound feature!

Everything about this product is exceptional except getting it turned on. To turn on, there is a button on the headphones. Instructions show a picture with a finger on the button and says, "Hold 2s" That's it. However, when you hold for 2 seconds, many, many times, does not turn on. Have to repeat this over and over. There have been times where I have had to try up to 12 times, and have had to turn off the power to the headphones and then repeat again and again. Really frustrating. ALL instructions are simple one-liners with a drawn picture like, "Adjusting the volume," or "Connecting the transmitter to a sound source." That's it except the same "instructions" are in maybe 20 different languages. Have to go on-line for everything, including warranty.

The multilingual instructions leave a lot to be desired. BUT, the learning curve pays off. I particularly like the selector switch on the back that allows selecting either optical or analog input. That allows me to select different sources independent of the rest of my system. The phones are quite comfortable and the sound is great.

Crystal clear sound quality. The range is superb. Could use a little more bass when watching movies and listening to music. Comfortable for long wears.

Decent audio quality. Keep in mind this is a dedicated home theater headset only. Music will not blow your mind. Clarity of dialog is good. Range and interference is not what I expected from especially with a dedicated RF base station. Build quality is average at best. Cost is questionable.

Headphones cut in and out due to interference from my router being to close to the headphone base. Since the headphone base needs to be connected by a digital audio cable to the back of the TV I can not move the base far enough away to solve the problem.
