I originally hesitated about using the Geek squad but finally decided it was the best thing for me to do. What a great decision! Within three days I was able to pick up my computer and meet with a technician to learn what I needed before taking it home, where I was willing to set it up myself, knowing that help was just a phone call away.

I am an 83 year old woman. While I try to keep up with the latest electronics, I sometimes have trouble with my cell phone processes. I have found that all of the Geek Squad people are always patient and able to guide me through the different pathways with my phone. Thank you for this service!

Had excellent service and help transferring everything to new phone

Now my laptop runs noticeably slower than it ever has. While watching TV online, some channels have no sound, and I have to try a different tab to select the same show to find one that works. That Never happened before all my sound Output devices were not recognized by my laptop when it first began it's problems..

Geek squad transferred all my stuff to my new Samsung galaxy s25 ultra she helped me with many things I can do with it the best thing she helped me transfer my carrier over to my new phone which was so so much appreciated Thank you Geek Squad

Excellent customer service at the store in Lexington SC...Heath was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns about losing my pictures, precious voicemail messages, etc, and got everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone.

Our new MacBook wasn't charging properly. They checked it out and indeed it wasn't. They replaced it and transferred our data unto the new MacBook.

I was having problems with my cellphone. Geek Squad fixed the problem in a few minutes, which was such a relief. Also, they were able to fit me in without an appointment.

Transferred all my data to the new phone at the store. Took about 30 minutes. Motorola to a Samsung phone. Worth the money to get me up and running asap

It makes it a lot easier when you take your new computer home and all you have to do is hook it up and it comes on right away. You don't have to load any disks or anything. For the extra money, when they put everything from your old computer to the new upgraded one, windows 7 to windows 10, It's worth it.

Nathan was extremely helpful, patient. He set up, installed, placed everything we needed for my elderly disabled Mother's new JitterBug 3 Phone. Give him **********, I'd give him more but apparently you only go to 10.

The problem I was having with my laptop seems to have been eliminated with recent service by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. So glad to have that corrected.
