Good Best Buy Service Experience!

Awesome job by the Geek Squad staff!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad agents were very comprehensive in the initial interview to document my service requests. When I went in to pick up my pc, the agent tested everything and actually helped me get some settings to what I had on my old device, making the transition much more comfortable!

Invaluable to me as I can do it.... but very much dislike doing it. Easy set up as long as the folks you are setting it up for can remember their account info.

Great Geek-Squad service.

Reps were knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Phone aid has been very helpful at times, also. Remote assistance was a little spotty, but overall they did whatever they could to make things easier. Just an opinion ; I think you should keep the free in-home help available, but we will see in the next year.

urgently needed computer help

The techs met my timeline and I was up and running again. thank you
