Agent transfered data from old Ipad to new Ipad within 30 minutes. Things went smoothly. She even gave me some tips on how to use my new device. Charge was very reasonable.

The Geek Squad agents were very comprehensive in the initial interview to document my service requests. When I went in to pick up my pc, the agent tested everything and actually helped me get some settings to what I had on my old device, making the transition much more comfortable!

The folks at best buy helped My mother to set up her new fitness watch. Invaluable to me as I can do it.... but very much dislike doing it. Easy set up as long as the folks you are setting it up for can remember their account info.

New iPad setup and clearing of old ipad was done to my satisfaction but while it was my scheduled time they allowed a customer to interrupt and I was left waiting for my setup to be finished so long that I had to interrupt so that they would get back to my setup

my old computer was dying so i bought a new one but needed all the info transferred over. as i am working from home i needed this done fast! i took 2 vacation days from work to get this done. The techs met my timeline and I was up and running again. thank you
