THIS TYPE OF SERVICE REALLY COULD BE HELPFUL TO ANYONE–TECHNICAL OR NOT! I KNOW THAT MY LIFE CAN GET VERY BUSY AND SOMETIMES JUST FINDING THE TIME TO PUT TOGETHER NEW ELECTRONICS PURCHASES CAN BE DIFFICULT!

After a week I couldnt print with usb or wi fi. Tavonne took a minute to figure it out but with his patience, determination and outstanding knowledge...I was thrilled. Its been weeks now and everything he did stuck. YOU ROCK!

Severin worked on my new phone. I lost my photos from people i text. I was trying to hold back tears, i was very upset. Severin was able to recover all my photos. He made me very happy. Thankyou so much to him !!

The geek squad agent prepped my laptop for me and helped guide me on how to operate the different icons and to get certain ones I specifically needed for work.

When I showed up for my appointment to pick up my new iPad and have the data from my old machine transferred to the new one, everything was ready to go. The Geek Squad member was very thorough and the task was completed as desired in about 45 minutes. No problems; no complaints.

We purchased a new computer, software and other supporting components and are definately not tech savvy people. We appreciated the speed, accuracy and information / education provided to us by the Geek Squad. Not sure what we would have done without their help.

Have had installation & “inspect & review” services on our Sony TVs, Epson printer & HP laptop. Reps were knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Phone aid has been very helpful at times, also. Remote assistance was a little spotty, but overall they did whatever they could to make things easier. Just an opinion ; I think you should keep the free in-home help available, but we will see in the next year.

The young man was so knowledgeable. He had the information from my (son-in-laws) old computer in a matter of minutes.
