Agents cleaned up my computer as I asked them to do and found my hard drive was not working properly and I needed a new hard drive. Had they not been thorough, I might have had more problems later on.

I recently had to replace my laptop, so after buying a new computer at Best Buy, I needed to have it set up so it would be ready to use with the necessary software installed. I had this done by the Geek Squad, and it was ready the next day.

Great having everything set up as I am not particularly tech-savvy. When I picked up my computer they took the time to explain everything.
