The technician took much longer than expected. We made an appointment to have everything transferred from an old iPhone 12 to an iPhone 16 and we waited 20 minutes past our scheduled start time. The technician also took his time (probably so he could charge us more) and we still had to come back a few days later because he didn’t do everything. $120+ for everything and I bet a teenager could’ve done everything in the first try, done faster, for cheaper, and would’ve at least been on time. Just my experience but St. Cloud’s Geek squad isn’t worth the money. Very disappointed in them.

Geek Squad has been our go to for new devices and they have never let us down. We used to use another computer place, was very dissatisfied with their service.

Not only did the Geek Squad update windows 10, they updated the bios and the drivers and transferred all the data from my old computer to the new one. That nade life easier for me!

I bought my laptop and it was ready the same day. I was able to use it that night. Quick and friendly service. Also, have great instruction when showing me what they did.

Tax season had just started when my old desktop went down. I was also very ill and in a lot of pain (physically) when it went down. (Believe it or not, I had my gall bladder removed during all of this stress.) The people in the Geek squad worked with me to recover everything I needed. All in all I was only down (computer wise) about 72 hours.. The people in the Geek squad area were very understanding and took phone calls from me - I appreciated that. Believe me this is the short version. I really want to thank the Geek squad for their help. I hope I was not that much of a burden. Believe me, I am very cognizant that time is money.

I recently bought Super Mario Bros U deluxe for my kids on the Nintendo switch, and they love it! It reminds me of when i was a kid playing Super Mario Bros! It can be a bit difficult for younger kids, but practice makes perfect! Great game, with added bonus games as well!
