Bob at the Valparaiso store went over and above the transfer the data from my previous computer to the new one. He wouldn't stop until it was all done to perfection.

The staff took all the time needed to transfer my phone data. They were conscientious and professional.

Able was really awesome. He took the time to explain everything to this old lady in an easy to understand manner. I really appreciate that. He walked me through the process of setting up the new phone and explained how to trade in the old. He also explained the Total Tech membership to me as well. I appreciate all the time he took with me. I will be back.
