Geek squad = good

I was also very ill and in a lot of pain (physically) when it went down. (Believe it or not, I had my gall bladder removed during all of this stress.) The people in the Geek squad worked with me to recover everything I needed. All in all I was only down (computer wise) about 72 hours.. The people in the Geek squad area were very understanding and took phone calls from me - I appreciated that. Believe me this is the short version. I really want to thank the Geek squad for their help. I hope I was not that much of a burden. Believe me, I am very cognizant that time is money.
