Having one of the Geeks to set this up made it easy to start. He wanted to know my age, weight, etc. I even told him my password, and that got a laugh!

Fast service and friendly staff. They loaded Microsoft Office 365 on my new computer and had it ready earlier than they said.

The Geek Squad agent quickly diagnosed the problem as a hardware problem, advised me of the repair cost and correctly recommended I purchase a new phone which would be not too much more money than the repairs to my old phone would be. I always buy electronic items at Best Buy because of the Geek Squad expertise.

At the Best Buy store in auburn, ca, our experience with Mobile counter was excellent, our advisor was name "Anthony" and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous for the length of time to activate a new phone. Great employee, came back to the store again and he was top of our request to exchange mobile phone. Awesome service

The sales people were so helpful and patient with me. I am not very tech savvy. I came in angry from just trying to deal with sales people at Verizon, that were trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. I already had a totaltech membership so everything went very smoothly.

The Geek Squad, Peter was so helpful getting my new computer ready to transfer from my old computer. When I picked up my new computer, Barbara, helped me through the basics and showed me some of the features available to me and worked through a couple of things I had questions about. Both Peter and Barbara went above and beyond what I expected.

Like the size of my new iPhone 7 Plus and the camera is excellent. Wish you had someone available to explain all the new features
