My Geek squad service was great. She transferred all my data to my new phone. Then, she transferred all my husband's old phone to my old phone. They also helped me with the return of my husband's old phone to Verizon. I couldn't have asked for me from the person I worked with.

Was not happy with my Fit Bit watch so i swapped it. Melissa helped me pick out the right one and then set it up and explained to me how to use it. Started of great but had a progem with the strap and brought it baxk and Jason who is the watch expert got me nack out the door!!

We bought our Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultras elsewhere, but we only trust the Geek Squad to activate them for us. The second best is its part of our Total Tech Membership.

Had difficulty accessing functions, including Gmail, on Mac laptop, and Geek resolved it immediately. Also took the opportunity to inquire about a problem with old Lenovo laptop, which I had not brought with me, and was advised to consider replacing it with a new laptop, because the old one may have simply run out its natural lifespan. The whole consultation was absolutely free.

Set up was bumpy. There was no tech available upon store opening. Customer service eas able to set up an appointment for me to be helped right at 10:30 am when the tech wpuld come in. Imagine my surprise when I come back to the store 90 minutes after opening, exactly at 10:30 and the tech is helping someone else. So despite my "appointment" I still had to wait (about 10 minutes, which would have been perfectly acceptable if I had not already waited 90 minutes. ) Once the tech took my phone to set up, he said it would take over an hour to complete and recommended I leave and cone back. So, I do. I come back 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Tge tech helping me is not around and no one knows where he is. The 2nd tech that has since arrived tries to help me my can't figure out how to complete the set up. Finally original tech comes back. Both are now fumbling with it and disagreeing about next steps to set up the sim card that goes with my phone. 2nd tech had thrown out a sticker that had sim card info on it insisting it wasnt needed. 1st tech insists it is needed. Both shrug and say. "I guess just use eSim" but neither can explain why it's bad to use eSim. And they basically said I needed to go to. Verizon store to fix it. (Where I'd have to wait who knows now long.) Overall, the process took 4 hours and was incomplete. On top of all of this, they input a code in the Verizon system incorrectly so Verizon is giving me $200 less for my trade in than was originally promised. To say I'm not pleased is an understatment. I go to Best Buy and am a Total Tech member specifically so I do not have to deal with these kinds of problems other places!

This is a superb service for those of us who are not at all tech savy!

Mike from the Deptford store came and explained what was needed to mount the TV over the fire place and also help get my $15 reward that seven different people on the phone could not do.
