Verizon representative was very helpful and took care of all my concerns.

The Geek Squad agent quickly diagnosed the problem as a hardware problem, advised me of the repair cost and correctly recommended I purchase a new phone which would be not too much more money than the repairs to my old phone would be. I always buy electronic items at Best Buy because of the Geek Squad expertise.

At the Best Buy store in auburn, ca, our experience with Mobile counter was excellent, our advisor was name "Anthony" and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous for the length of time to activate a new phone. Great employee, came back to the store again and he was top of our request to exchange mobile phone. Awesome service

Didn’t take that long for my husband and I to buy phones and get back home. Much better than going to AT&T store and waiting to talk to someone. Recommendations from Best Buy were helpful as far as available plan which were cheaper than what we had and equipment that had changed from our last phones.

Bought new iPhone SE recently because I prefer the smaller size. Salesperson was extremely patient in answering all my questions and setting up my new iPhone. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Had difficulty accessing functions, including Gmail, on Mac laptop, and Geek resolved it immediately. Also took the opportunity to inquire about a problem with old Lenovo laptop, which I had not brought with me, and was advised to consider replacing it with a new laptop, because the old one may have simply run out its natural lifespan. The whole consultation was absolutely free.

The Geek Squad, Peter was so helpful getting my new computer ready to transfer from my old computer. When I picked up my new computer, Barbara, helped me through the basics and showed me some of the features available to me and worked through a couple of things I had questions about. Both Peter and Barbara went above and beyond what I expected.

The sales people were so helpful and patient with me. I am not very tech savvy. I came in angry from just trying to deal with sales people at Verizon, that were trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. I already had a totaltech membership so everything went very smoothly.
