Customer Service for setting up my IPod

I really could not have had a better experience than the one I received. This guy was professionally trained by Best Buy and he was very efficient and polite.. Thanks to Best Buy, and this professional associate I am "On the go with the best portable device that I ever bought the IPod touch." Thanks, I give it five stars!

some of the geek squad very good some not so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it was very good for the lap top service .polite , knowledgeable ,excellent , and good time wise. with the washer and dryer different story entirely. washer delivered and they scheduled dryer for curb side pick up .then it was to be installed for free they would not install. had to hire someone to do it. I would get electronics there but no more big appliances.

Easy to work with

To my delight, the clerk was happy to help, exchanged the laptop, cancelled the service package and was happy to update the service start date. All without any problem!
