The transferring of the data between phones took too long because the phones aren't charged fully, and they didn't have the cordless chargers available. So they had to do it wirelessly which is incredibly slow and prone to errors and stoppages.

Loved the personalities, listening skills but convinced me to upgrade my verizon sevice. I was told my bill would go up $30-. It went up $90- & had to change back.

A tech connected a sound bar and set it so that all I had to do was turn on the TV and the sound bar automatically connected. It worked while the tech was here. Next time I turned on the TV there was no sound and I do not know what to do. I was told by a member of Geek Squad in the store to call 800-433-5778. Did that and was told that by the time I called for help that it was beyond warranty time. I believed that I purchased a separate tech support for the sound bar. Guess I must be wrong, or Best Buy's records are incorrect. The man I spoke with told he to call the sound bar manufacturer for help. Why should I do that when it was not connected properly?

The customer service at Best Buy is superior! Friendly, professional, highly competent and knowledgeable. Set up is always easy and all my questions are answered promptly and respectfully. The Greek Squad is the BEST!

Computers change rapidly. I do not want to try to keep of with all those changes. I am quite willing to leave set-up to an expert - it is a good value for my money. The laptop was ready at the promised time. The Geek Squad agent explained what had been done and answered my questions. All I had to do was take the laptop home and start using it.
