Customer Service for setting up my IPod

I really could not have had a better experience than the one I received. This guy was professionally trained by Best Buy and he was very efficient and polite.. Thanks to Best Buy, and this professional associate I am "On the go with the best portable device that I ever bought the IPod touch." Thanks, I give it five stars!

The gentleman that helped us and gave several options of what could be done. In the end we decided make a decision and were not pressured to do anything that we would not have made on our own.
