Agent gave me a short tutorial on how to navigate windows 10 as I had 8. They remove bloat ware. Agent was very knowledgeable and was very patient with me and explained how to navigate and gave pointers in language I could understand. Great experience.

Geek Squad has always done a great job for me. This service was installation check out of Microsoft applications. In the past they have helped with debugging possible virus problems.

The salesman was patient and helpful. I got my Galaxy watch setup. I was not aware of the process, which to me was tedious, nor the time needed, which took a half-hour or little longer. He answered all the questions I needed to know about my new watch.

The Geek squad are so professional and technically competent. I bought a new computer from them and had them set up all of the software and hardware that I bought to go with the computer. I turned in the computer that day and got it back within 24 hours. I had a great experience with them.
