Greek squad has always given us great service, I had a issue lately that was hard for me to figure out and they were willing to take the time to get it working and me back on the road. I highly reconned Best Buys GeekSquad.

Leslie helped me and she provided fantastic professional customer service. They were understaffed the day I went in and she was able to cater to several customers across multiple departments with personal attention.

My MacBook was set up and extra care was taken with transferring data

My Dad told me that he got this when he bought a new phone. He needed to transfer all his data from one device to his new phone.

The employee at phone center was very polite & explained all that was involved in transferring all info from my old phone to my new one. As I am not really say at that sort of stuff, I had him do that for me. It took about 30 min. to complete the transfer.

Set up was bumpy. There was no tech available upon store opening. Customer service eas able to set up an appointment for me to be helped right at 10:30 am when the tech wpuld come in. Imagine my surprise when I come back to the store 90 minutes after opening, exactly at 10:30 and the tech is helping someone else. So despite my "appointment" I still had to wait (about 10 minutes, which would have been perfectly acceptable if I had not already waited 90 minutes. ) Once the tech took my phone to set up, he said it would take over an hour to complete and recommended I leave and cone back. So, I do. I come back 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Tge tech helping me is not around and no one knows where he is. The 2nd tech that has since arrived tries to help me my can't figure out how to complete the set up. Finally original tech comes back. Both are now fumbling with it and disagreeing about next steps to set up the sim card that goes with my phone. 2nd tech had thrown out a sticker that had sim card info on it insisting it wasnt needed. 1st tech insists it is needed. Both shrug and say. "I guess just use eSim" but neither can explain why it's bad to use eSim. And they basically said I needed to go to. Verizon store to fix it. (Where I'd have to wait who knows now long.) Overall, the process took 4 hours and was incomplete. On top of all of this, they input a code in the Verizon system incorrectly so Verizon is giving me $200 less for my trade in than was originally promised. To say I'm not pleased is an understatment. I go to Best Buy and am a Total Tech member specifically so I do not have to deal with these kinds of problems other places!

BB made it very easy to transfer my data from my old PC to the new PC. Great Job

was initial mix-up in setup of old/new computers. geek agent Yaro Slonskii took steps to rectify problems immedi atley instead of me having to travel another 65 mi. for another day appointment

Purchased new phone and in 3 trips, not all information was deleted from my old phone to turn in for a trade in. Lost over $200 because I had to figure out how to remove all data that they didn't. Now its too late to return my older cell

The staff member set up my new phone and copied over all data from my old phone. Very nice personality and very helpful, even with other customers constantly asking questions.

it was very good for the lap top service .polite , knowledgeable ,excellent , and good time wise. with the washer and dryer different story entirely. washer delivered and they scheduled dryer for curb side pick up .then it was to be installed for free they would not install. had to hire someone to do it. I would get electronics there but no more big appliances.

Geek Squad worked with me to make sure I was very satisfied with my purchase.They listened to my concerns and found a way to give me the experience I was looking for in my audio system.It's nice to know that there are still sales people around that take the term, "Customer Service ", seriously.
