The employee tried twice to get the Fitbit charge 5 programmed properly. It is still not programmed correctly. In the meantime, I had contracted COVID and did not return to the store because I did not want to spread the COVID. To make matters worse I developed skin cancer and with the surgery and COVID , I am in limbo concerning the proper programming of the Fitbit charge 5. I don’t know what or how to fix my charge 5 program. Pp

Love with the Help!

Price is fair, and they know a lot more then I know about electronics and I don't have to deal with the headache of setting it up.

Too much info to fast

I purchased the one they suggested and they downloaded all my data and pictures to my back up hard drive. Now I have piece of mind my pictures are safe. Thanks

MY experience

Note: I purchased the phone on the last Friday before Christmas and was under a time constraint. I went back on Monday for the set-up.
