After purchasing a laptop we purchased the Geek Squad protection because we wanted to know that our desk top and new laptop computer, as well as our documents, would be protected from potential future problems.

Took brand new laptop/tablet hybrid for OS, anti-virus, update install. All was fine, except latest HP & MS update (9 of them) flashed up on the screen the 1st time I turned it on I upload with no problems. All seems to be cruising along just fine.

Bought two Apple Watches and two Zagg Shields and the agent took great care of me. Also instead the Shields.

My expectations were not met with this service. two of my programs were not installed and I had to jump thru hoops to get tech to install one, then he said he could not install other. I had to do it myself by looking up on new computer after taking it home. Customers, know what you expect and put it in writing because tech may not remember what you want
