I have tried to get help, But it seems like Geek Techs don’t want to give you too much help. I have been blown off a couple of time by them. This is for in store help

The geek squad guy was perfect. He was smart. He listened and he helped. I’m very happy that I got the yearly membership.

The geek squad transferred all of my apps from my previous iPad to thie new one. I would havel spent lots of time trying to get it right and then have to go back to Best Buy to turn in my old iPad. They even help me with questions I had about how to work the new iPad.

The computer techs know what they are talking about. I didn't have to go into detail about what I needed. They made me feel comfortable reassuring they would have my laptop up and running.

Had done this in the past for free. Now you either pay a fee or get the $199 service/warranty plan. Not sure she finished a step on my phone, didn't set up exactly as I had, but did for my husbands

Agent tranfered info from old phone to new phone...Something i was not able to do.

The Montgomeryville Best Buy was able to activate the phone after correcting the mistakes that the Willow Grove store made.

It is very reliable and safe I feel very comfortable and safe using it for my phone I recommend 100%

My laptop died just days before a newsletter deadline. I purchased a new laptop and had my old laptop repaired with a new hard drive. I also had the data transferred to my new computer. I was back up and running in 2 days. Thanks Geek Squad!

Worked on my laptop and fixed it better than new!!

I bought a new MacBook which I wanted to take with me on a trip. I was kind of in a hurry but the Squad took my laptop and set it up in the timeframe they stated. I picked it up on time and flew out the next day. We are sold on Geek Squad!
