    I usually use the Geek squad then I purchase a new pad, computer or anything else I may have a problem with downloading stuff. Price is fair, and they know a lot more then I know about electronics and I don't have to deal with the headache of setting it up.

    The Geek Squad suggested a data back up for my laptop. I purchased the one they suggested and they downloaded all my data and pictures to my back up hard drive. Now I have piece of mind my pictures are safe. Thanks

    The gal that helped set up my pro was very knowledgeable but being a senior citizen, I cannot comprehend all she was telling me. I guess I need more time and write down everything that she told me

    Will always purchase my computers from Best Buy so I can have the Geek Squad do any work I need done on my computers. Do not mind paying to protect my information in the computer
