I purchased a new iPhone 12. I am not tech savvy and needed the new phone to be set up. The young woman who helped me took care of everything. Best Buy service is great.

Took brand new laptop/tablet hybrid for OS, anti-virus, update install. All was fine, except latest HP & MS update (9 of them) flashed up on the screen the 1st time I turned it on I upload with no problems. All seems to be cruising along just fine.

sales rep knew his stuff. set me up and transferred everything as well as told me his opinion of the item i was purchasing

Your dude offered to transfer stuff from my old phone to my new phone. It took a while, but her got it done.

Not everything was set up on my phone so when I got home I had to go back and add all the rest when she said it was all set. Otherwise she was very nice.

The technician took much longer than expected. We made an appointment to have everything transferred from an old iPhone 12 to an iPhone 16 and we waited 20 minutes past our scheduled start time. The technician also took his time (probably so he could charge us more) and we still had to come back a few days later because he didn’t do everything. $120+ for everything and I bet a teenager could’ve done everything in the first try, done faster, for cheaper, and would’ve at least been on time. Just my experience but St. Cloud’s Geek squad isn’t worth the money. Very disappointed in them.
