All techs I dealt with were very pleasant and patient. Received help from each one in a tumely manner.

They fixed my wifes note book, it would talk to her iphone. They siad it would take about 15-20 minutes to fix. But, it was only took 5-10 minutes at the very must.

The assistance was less than stellar mostly because the store was short-staffed that day and there were no agents who dealt specifically with phone set up. Note: I purchased the phone on the last Friday before Christmas and was under a time constraint. I went back on Monday for the set-up.

My expectations were not met with this service. two of my programs were not installed and I had to jump thru hoops to get tech to install one, then he said he could not install other. I had to do it myself by looking up on new computer after taking it home. Customers, know what you expect and put it in writing because tech may not remember what you want
