Love the service at the d'Iberville, MS Best Buy. Knowledgeable guys, both in the store and the service technicians who come to the home.

Got my mom and dad's phones all set up with MicroSD discs at the ATT booth. Awesome service!

Needed help and the Squad supplied it. Really save lots of anxiety when issues are too technical for average user.

I have ALWAYS had the Geek Squad set up my computers and laptops. I have ALWAYS been VERY PLEASED with their service. However, this time I was very disappointed. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time (I was actually there 15 minutes early) as requested by Geek Squad. The front salesperson plugged in my computer to show me what had been done. I ended up sitting in the store for over 2 hours while programs were being loaded and updated...I would have thought that this would have been a part of the service that I paid for. They finally shut the computer down because it looked like it may have been frozen for who knows how long and I took it home. (HOPING that I wouldn't have problems...) Luckily...when I started it--it was fine. I was a little surprised that I had to continue to download programs (oops--they are now calling Windows programs 'apps' also...) that I would have considered BASIC on any computer. I am giving it 2 stars because the young lady who helped me at the front desk was very nice, apologetic and let me talk 'geek talk' with her for those 2 hours in between her working with other people who came in. I would still recommend Geek Squad to people---I have always felt that it was a great deal--just NOT this time for some reason....

I bought a new laptop and I’m not tech savvy. Had geek squad set it up, it was done quickly and my laptop works great. Very impressed with service.

I am terrible with all things tech. So when I needed some help I turned to the geeks. I don't know exactly what they did... but it worked!

Was in the BestBuy Culver City Store on 09/19/2017 to request an update of my Garmin Nuvi Portable GPS Software Program, having called the Store's Geak Squad ahead, earlier, to inquire if this type of service was provided, when I was told they did, I arrived to the Store at 06:00 p.m.,, but I was told by a Geak Squad Employee that they did not perform the updates to the GPS Garmin, he contradicted himself, did not want to take my Order, was rude, in-polite, discourteous, and oppositional, this is was when I requested to speak to a Supervisor, and Tech "Michael M." and Agent Devon L." attended me, took and processed the initial Order request, but they could not complete the software update in three (3) hours, but the Garmin GPS was left to be completed for the next day. I am very dissatisfied with the level and type of Customer Care I received initially and overall, it is not according to the current standards of Customer Care and Service a Customer is supposed to receive and I am accustomed by other similar Appliances and High-Tech Stores. I want to be able to bring forward my Complaint to the appropriate level and authorities to review the poor attention I received. Thank you. Dr. Isaac Jakubowicz.

The phone works great. Best Buy was very helpful transferring data from the old phone.

Took my old phone in and they had my new one set up and running super fast. No issues.
