My experience with the Geek Squad was very impressive. They had everything on my laptop installed and ready for me in 24 hours.

Set up of new iPhone 13 Pro was very professional done.

We waited over 2 hours in the store for the associate to transfer data on our phones. Then she said go out for dinner, then we came back after an hour and brought it to our car and it took maybe 10 minutes. I did yry to call her a day later and left a message and she never called me back on a different matter.

Uvery unhappy they put new battery in my iphone. Didnt suggest that i shouldnt put a battery in my phone because the scree n was replace by a different repair man and all they said was it might not work. My phone died. Iphone 11 worked when i broght it in and now it doesnt. Im know that they knew that this happens because this is what they do everyday. They know what happens when you put a new battery in an iphone and if repair was done else where and not an iphone equopment wasnt replaced the phone dies. I couldnt even turn it on to save my files or pictures. They should make the customer aware that this is what happen, and refuse to repair it because it will kill the phone. I was forced to buy another phone and i was refused to get my money returned for the new battery. I had to argue with the manager to get my refund. Then the phone i purchased from best buy right then $192 was too difficult for me too understand and i tried but then couldnt return the phone because only 2 weeks was allowed to retun it. I thought i had 30 days to learn how to use it. Very disappointed with everything about geek sud sorry i joined for a year i wont renew and am telling everyone i can of how they did what they did. Im 78 years old and i feel they just wanted to sell me a battery for $100 and they knew the end results, im sure im not the first person or better yet senior that they did this to. If i didnt make a very large fuss about not getting my money back i wouldnt have got my full refund. I wont be shopping at Best buy anylonger.

In-store setup was very convienent and fast. The Geeksquad walked me through the entire thing and were very transparent.
