I got this because I don't know how to setup a computer system and they do so I'll let them handle it.

i bought a new laptop and had geek squad set it up for me. it was worth while, they optimized it, they were friendly and knowledgeable. it was worth it.

The gentleman that helped us was fantastic and very patient.

Geek Squad is the best. I purchased a computer for the office and these guys set it up in a fraction of the time as our IT department.

HP laptop failed after several months minimal use. Appt made c Geek Squad at Best Buy Blossom Hill (San Jose), waited at counter while multiple techs talked to each other. Finially got a tech's attention. Hard drive replaced by HP, arrived back to store, had apt but waited again at counter. Since computer used only for one site internet access, asked that all other programs (tech called it "bloatware") be removed. Told to return next day. On time for apt, waited again and then told: "OK we activated all your programs." Request explained again; told to return in 20 min. Returned in 20 min and told they "hadn't had a chance to work on computer, please wait 10 min." Waited 20+ min and handed computer. Took laptop home to discover requested work not done. Will take elsewhere and never return to Geek Squad. JPS

There are many things that I cannot do and many things I can .The squad does all.

The agents transferred all my data to my new device. They were very helpful and knowledgeable

The phone works great. Best Buy was very helpful transferring data from the old phone.

Took my old phone in and they had my new one set up and running super fast. No issues.

Dominic allowed me to do setup as I learn best that way. Setting up my travel printer with direct wi-fi has allowed me to work with mutiple devices.

I paid $40 for my laptop setup - installing basic drivers, windows updates and some other essential set ups. I could have done it by myself, but anyway, it is not bad.

My kid, wife and myself had a very good learning experienceon how to use the compueter we got. Specially for my son.

We've used this several times now and have never been disappointed. I think it's a great tool
