Setup document had someone else's name.

When I picked it up, the geek squad person did not go over anything with me. Just had meet sign in and that was all. Luckily I have figured out what I needed.

Geek Squad stays connected till problem is solved.

Geek squad

Called and said it was ready, tried there appointment set up and it wouldn't work. Drove to store and they didn't even know if it was done. Lack of workers in that department. Workers everywhere else except geek squad.
