    The agent took all my information from my old phone and put it on my new phone. They were very efficient. They were not able to transfer my Skype account. After some checking on the internet I was able to do it myself.

    The clerks had a hard time transferring from my ole phone to the new one but the Geek squad got it to work fine.

    My experience has been a nightmare and I would not recommend taking out the geek squad plan. We had then to our home to set up all out devices. Did not know this was not cover under the plan. We spent over 2,000 dollars and then had to add cost for them to come to out home. We are still having problem with all set ups and cant seem to get the help we need without now money out of pocket

    I showed the agent that the messages badge was displaying incorrectly and he told me it was fine and would fix itself when I restarted the phone. It didn’t fix itself, nor could they fix it when I took it to the Apple Store. Disappointed

    contacted by phone got someone from far east couldnt understand them then they transfered me to others in that area of the world couldint understand them either then they gave me a phone number to call and extension number go someone who said my problem is not in there area. what a mess. no one new how to handle my issues with my new phone not getting or sending text messages

    The tech team had issues transferring my old phone data to new IPhone. They need Apple training. I had to go else where for help.

    Third party gender delivered TV…terrible!

    Set up was terrible! It was done by some third party vendor (not the Geek Squad). He two men set the TV on my entertainment center and plugged it in. I asked him if the would program the TV And was told”they don’t do that”. So, the TV was purchased in December and it is now February and the remote still doesn’t work.

    geek squad person keep interrupting the data transfer and getting my phone on line for other customers that purchased nothin even though I purchased and paid for my phone on line and stood there waiting

    Best Buy missing important details again

    Best Buy's set up service gave me the impression that it was free on the website. When I picked up the phone and asked about it, they said no one was available after 7pm and that I would have to come back the next day. No mention about fee.

    Wasn't impressed with the service. Get them in get them out. If I had it to do over again, I would have tried to set up my Fitbit Alta using online directions.

    Set up for the device never actually work and I ended up having to take the phone to the house to actually get it done properly. At the store and got stuck on 99% in the employees use Wi-Fi instead of the cable which took twice as long and at the end of it it didn't even work ended up just taking it home and doing it myself.

    After 5 hours in the store, my new phone was not set up properly. I then had to take it to Verizon to connect to my provider. By far, this was the worst experiences that I have had. I also had to pay a $39.99 fee from Verizon.

    Why am I receiving this. I have not had any service done recently by them. I hope my account is fixed immediately. I did come in after I received my phone by mail. Best Buy said they could not help me and sent me to T Mobil. I was very unhappy about that too. Contact me when my account has been fixed
