Geek squad

Called and said it was ready, tried there appointment set up and it wouldn't work. Drove to store and they didn't even know if it was done. Lack of workers in that department. Workers everywhere else except geek squad.

Geek Squad stays connected till problem is solved.

Geek squad overcharged I appropriately!,!

Best buy told me online that they would activate the pnone or just go,to the geek squad, all covered by my purchase. Ther was no pin in my new package to insert the pin card so,i went ij, and the geek squad charged me $40.00!! UNFAIR! I want this credited back! Please! I already paid extra to ensure activation on this unlocked phone! Contact me please!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The absolutely worst service at Best Buy San Rafael CA. 6 different agents and supervisors spent 2 days and 14,5 hours trying to transfer the data from my old OnePlus Nord 200 to Samsung S24 Ultra with NO SUCCESS!!! ALL THE TIME I HAD TO WAIT AT THE COUNTER. THEY JUST LEFT ME THERE FOR 14,5 HOURS DURING 2 DAYS. NO APOLOGIES WERE GIVEN TO ME. THEY LEFT MY OLD SIM CARD IN THE NON-WORKING NEW PHONE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT THE NEW PHONE BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.
