    I bought the zfold 3 phone from bestbuy and paid additional for data transfer. Told the tech to add insurance on the phone which I found out later he did not now I'm stuck with a $1000 paper weight. Thanks bestbuy.

    Used to be free to set up phone. I now go to A t and T they set up for free. Will buy phones online from now on

    The geek squad was not very helpful and gave me the brush off. Rather than trying tp help resolve my technical issue, their only recommendation was to buy a new phone. I was pretty upset by this service

    Geek Squad set up new computer

    Bought a new computer, they said could copy my files and e-mail to match my old computer - could never get that done. took it in twice and they kept it several days and still cannot get to the email. Not pleased.

    The entire experience to setup 2 iPhone devices was awful. We were there for hours. The knowledge of iPhone is lacking.

    Word and EXCEL not loaded properly-AGAIN!

    Because our software (WORD and EXCEL) was not loaded properly we had to return to the store to have it fixed. The same thing happened previously when we bought our prior computer.

    New Device Set-up In Store $39.99 for a Laptop

    The Geek Squad Employee was professional and listened to what I needed, to get up and running. The problem was, it wasn't very clear what the service he thought I wanted and, what I thought I was getting??? I signed up for new device set up for $39.99 and while he was getting my Info I wanted to verify the $39.99 and he was like let me check on that, came back and told me it was actually $100?? He said what I ordered was a quick in-store set up? So it might be helpful if there were more information about exactly what you are getting for $39.99 because from what I read, the $100 fee was what they charged to set up a new device if they have to come to your home.

    After struggling for a week to transfer data, contacts, etc. from my old to my new phone, I made an appointment with the Geek Squad on Concord Pike in Wilmington, DE. Marcel was amazing and had everything done in 15 minutes including addressing questions I had. The wait was only a few minutes, Marcel was excellent, price was right. So thankful I finally made that appointment. Only problem was with me for not making it sooner. Thank you, Geek Squad, and in particular Marcel!

    Friday morning the geek squad replace the battery in my iPhone. The staff and manager were very helpful. I wish I could remember their names, possibly Shabazz and Erin. Excellent service….
